Product Information

We have two different options for printing media of Invitations.
Our Main option is a 200GSM Cardstock with a silk finish. This Media suits if you want an invite that will not bend, fold or crinkle. Very solid card and makes for a great invitation media
We also offer 90GSM linen Paper This is a lighter weight paper which can be folded and bended. This paper has a luxury feel similar to linen and has a texture throughout the paper.

For Print Media please make sure you select your option when ordering. If no option is selected you will receive 200GSM Cardstock media.

All our Invitations are printed slightly smaller A5 paper size (200mm x 140mm)


IF you want to print your PDF invites at your local photo store please tell us so we can adjust the size to a 4×6 to suit photo printing. If you don’t let us know you will find that once you go to print there will be some issues and parts of your invitation maybe be cropped out and missing from the photo print. WE CAN HELP YOU AVOID THIS

Our Poster prints are printed on to a range of media/Paper type. The Smaller A3 prints are printed onto a 200GSM silk finish card stock.

A2 and larger are printed onto quality photo paper 220GSM using Vibration dye inks

We have a range of print sizes available, Please see the below print size chart for sizing.
WE CAN CUSTOM SIZE THE PRINTS – if you have a frame that is photo sized rather than A paper size, we can change the print to fit. Just contact and let us know with your order.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer Flat rate shipping cost across our whole website so you know exactly what you will pay every time no matter how much you order. Currently our flat rate shipping cost is $12.99. While we are always trying to get the best deal for our customers postage cost are something out of our control.

We make use of two shipping carriers. For most of our items we use Australia Post. But in some cases if applicable we also use www.Sendle.com.au

Sendle use the services of Fastway Couriers in our pickup area.

If you have preference please state it upon checkout we will try our best to accommodate but may not always be possible.

While we try to have fast turn around times, It does depend on what product you purchase.

All our products will state in the description of the item an approx process time.

For Prints we try to get them out as fast as we can, usually in 1 or 2 business days from draft approval but in some cases can take u to 10 business days.

Please note these timeframes DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME

Shipping timeframes are out of hands and are subject to our shipping carriers.

You can use Afterpay to purchase any items on our website instantly and Pay it off over 4 easy fortnightly payments. All Orders are processed in our normal timeframes from when you place your order. NOT when you pay it off. So Get your order now, Pay it off later!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you decide you no longer want your product before print we can approve a refund at our discretion but this will incur a restocking fee of up to 25% per ITEM price.

We can refuse refunds to customers who change their mind after printing and shipping of your order.

All customers of custom designs and invitations with custom information will receive a draft copy of purchased design before going to print.

Once we have received your approval you will no longer be eligible for refunds on your order.

If you decide you no longer want your product before print we can approve a refund at our discretion but this will incur a restocking fee of up to 25% per ITEM price.
